COLETA
Colher 3,5 ml de sangue em tubo com gel separador, tampa vermelha.
QUESTIONÁRIO:
– Informar medicamentos em uso ou usados recentemente, inclusive formulas para emagrecer.
– Se mulher, informar se está grávida ou se usa anticocepcional.
